Diriyah Launches $827 Million Four Seasons Development in Saudi Arabia

Diriyah Development Company has announced a strategic partnership to develop a new luxury hospitality and residential project under the globally renowned Four Seasons brand, reflecting the rapid growth of tourism and real estate investment in the Kingdom.

This project marks a key milestone in positioning Saudi Diriyah as a world-class destination, featuring a luxury hotel with 159 rooms alongside Four Seasons residences across a 235,000-square-meter site within Diriyah’s master plan.

The total investment value stands at approximately $827 million, covering land acquisition and construction costs, underlining strong confidence in the future of Saudi Diriyah as an integrated tourism and cultural hub.

This partnership represents the first major collaboration between Diriyah and Midad, as part of a broader plan to develop around 40 luxury hotels and resorts across the Diriyah and Wadi Safar projects, spanning more than 76 square kilometers.

The development comes amid the rapid progress of large-scale Saudi Diriyah initiatives, whose total cost exceeds $63 billion, with construction contracts worth over $27 billion already awarded.

Diriyah is expected to contribute about $18.6 billion directly to Saudi Arabia’s GDP while creating more than 180,000 jobs and attracting millions of visitors annually.
