Saudi Foreign Investment Jumps 34.5% in Q3 2025

Foreign investment in Saudi Arabia delivered strong performance in the third quarter of 2025, with net inflows rising to SAR 24.9 billion, marking a year-on-year increase of 34.5%.

On a quarterly basis, foreign investment also continued its upward trend, posting a 5.2% rise compared to the previous quarter, when inflows stood at SAR 23.7 billion.

Flow Details

According to official statistics, inward foreign direct investment inflows reached SAR 27.7 billion in Q3 2025, up 4.4% year on year and 3.3% quarter on quarter.

Meanwhile, outward FDI flows declined sharply to SAR 2.7 billion, representing a 65.7% annual drop and an 11.4% quarterly decrease.

This robust performance highlights growing international confidence in the Kingdom’s business environment and confirms that foreign investment has become a key driver of economic growth and income diversification.
